📦 RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Our products are made just for you through a print-on-demand process. This policy outlines our terms regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and lost mail. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL—NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Every item is created specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

🛠 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS – REPLACEMENT ONLY

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement item at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send the following to [Your Support Email]:

A clear photo of the damaged area(s)

Your order number

A description of the issue

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. if the item is not returned in its original condition.

We may request that the item be returned. If so, return shipping will be covered by us.

All claims are subject to review and approval.

 

📬 LOST MAIL

If your order hasn't arrived, the following applies:

Allow up to 15 business days (U.S.) and 30 business days (international) from the shipping date for delivery.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or carrier first.

If the package is confirmed lost after that time, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. After a full investigation is completed.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are automatically sent to production shortly after being placed. As such, cancellations are generally not possible.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, including item description, size, and shipping address.

 

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Incorrect size selection.

Items associated with holidays and events.

Seasonal items.

Festivals and Events (Including all Holidays, Specials Events, Promotional Sales, Pride)

Orders delayed but still within estimated timeframes.

The customer entered incorrect shipping information.

Minor color or design variations due to screen displays.
